Yahoo! What a spectacular find these beans were. Described as somewhat fruity, it is a pleasing cup full of bouquet and aroma. This is a restaurant favorite and goes extremely well with most all meals. Our beans come from the Chiapas region of Mexico and are highly regarded as one of Mexico's best. We roast this bean a bit lighter than most and have come to enjoy the sweetness. Give this one a try!
