Sumatra beans are some of our favorites. They are tangy, full in flavor, somewhat earthy, with a low acidic profile, while holding a full body in each cup. They roast dark extremely well. We tend to sense a bit of spicy tones and a very rounded bottom end to the cup. We roast these on the edge of Full City to French. Be sure to give this one a try!
